With minimal supervision, the Schedule Manager is responsible for the development, release and maintenance of master schedules for resource allocation utilizing a computerized system. The position will accurately schedule resource allocation to meet customer needs. Part Time/Full Time, Mon-Friday. After office hours, on call phone responsibilities every three weeks.
Knowledge of resource allocation ,scheduling, proficient in MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
Must have the ability to work in a multiple priority and dynamic environment
Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina, and endurance
Independent thinker with the ability for flexibility and creativity in finding and solving problems

Development and maintenance of schedule to to incorporate caregiver shifts/qualifications and availability to clients needs.
Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to resource and customers.
Processes either manually or via computer, the data necessary to initiate specific reports.
Participates in on-call rotation as assigned.
Assist with the input, verification, and release of schedules for the assembly of data for financial reporting purposes.
Communicate program specific metrics and reports as requested by management.
Participate in special projects or perform special tasks as identified by management.
