The Seasonal Team Specialist Part-Time, Guest Services (Point of Sale) must be thoroughly familiar with the department policies and procedures, as well as being knowledgeable of the Aquarium. This position is responsible for representing the Aquarium and must be able to answer a wide range of questions quickly and competently. These positions involve heavy guest contact in a fast paced environment
1. Meet and greet Aquarium guest
2. Process transactions and take payment
3. Follow ticket processing procedures
4. Data entry
5. Provide accurate information to guest
6. Assist guest in planning their visit
7. To perform other duties as workload necessitates.
1. High School Diploma/GED Required
2. Two years plus demonstrated excellent customer service experience
3. Previous cash handling experience
4. Flexibility in work schedules with the ability to work weekends and holidays
5. Superior verbal and written communication skills essential.
6. Exceptional customer service skills required
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
