Manage and coordinate educational activities, schedules, room set up, provide A/V equipment as needed. Maintain educational records, attendance data from inservice sheets, maintains CPR and ACLS, PALS attendance records maintain copies of sign-in sheets for Eastern AHEC programs, manage and maintain Educational learning track Database. Special skills required: Word processing, 50wpm typing skills, ability to work with elaborate tables, charts, graphics, and clip art, Excel, Word and Power Point. Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience in a health care setting required. High School diploma and specialized training from a business or secretarial curriculum required.
