This 12 month/260 day position will provide clerical support to the Director of Disciplinary Review and Coordinator of Student Conduct.

Responsible for scheduling and developing file information for Enrollments and Re-enrollments Meetings.]
Responsible for developing files to ensure that the Director of Disciplinary Review and the Coordinator of Student Conduct have all pertinent information that is needed in order to adequately prepare for and conduct Suspension Hearings; and, for ensuring that all procedures are accurately and consistenly followed when preparing files for review.
Responsible for gathering information for the Director of Disciplinary Review to ensure that proper procedures are followed for Appeals; the consequences are appropriate for student behavior and the facts warrant the suspension when student have been suspended out of school by building administrators.
Responsible for ensuring that the Disciplinary Review Hearing Office (DRHO) maintains accurate records of sutdent files, to include archived and active files, and is able to locate such files as needed.
Responsible for coordinating site based training schedules of the Director of Disciplinary Review and the Coordinator of Student Conduct for al secondary schools, select elementary schools, and alternative programs in which student are placed by the DRHO.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
A high school graduate or equivalent (business school or some college preferred). Leadership qualities, communication skills and public relations skills are necessary. Ability to use computers in a broad range of applications such as but not limited to the following: Word Processing; Spreadsheet Data Entry and Spreadsheet Design; Database Maintenance; and Internet Search Engines. The minimum salary for this position is $32,480.12.
