This position will support a variety of partners and associates. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, and will possess a professional demeanor, superior oral and written communication skills and strong client service skills.

Familiarity with transaction matters, closings and corporate records. 5-7 years experience in a large law firm environment. Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, as well as redlining and corporate document preparation. Strong administrative, prioritization, organizational and problem solving skills, including heavy calendaring in multiple time zones. Knowledge of billing and other CMS functions a plus.
