Provide clerical support for
Development Executive by answering phones, scheduling and confirming meetings,
and effectively adjusting schedules as needed due to shifting priorities.
Process expense reports and make travel arrangements. Type and/or compose
letters and memos; proofread, edit and photocopy documents.

Route incoming/outgoing mail; quickly and accurately
file and maintain files. Perform related administrative duties as required.
Perform administrative functions in Shared Services systems as required


High school graduate with 2-3 years
experience as an assistant preferred.

Must be able to proficiently work with Microsoft Word and Excel, and be
computer literate and very knowledgeable of standard office equipment.

Must possess professional telephone answering skills and be able to take
detailed messages including spelling names correctly and transcribing correct
phone numbers.

Must be willing to take and follow directions accurately and adhere to

Must be able to work well with other support staff and other departmental
personnel and be able to maintain a courteous and professional relationship
with all staff.

Excellent organizational, time management, and oral communication skills.
