The Secretary III is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative tasks for the Pharmacy Toxicology. Works with highly confidential information, and under minimal supervision. May work for multiple departments and/or supervisory functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
3+ years experience supporting at the executive level Excellent written communication skills including the ability to write and edit independently at a level producing communications consistent with standards for a senior leader at an academic institution Demonstrated interpersonal and political skills to navigate the nuances of communication at a senior management level and represent the executive team in a highly professional manner A demeanor that conveys the level of professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail consistent with a top Department of Surgery at a leading academic medical center. Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex meetings including the ability to understand and manage multiple conflicting time demands Experience assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience scheduling complex travel arrangements and organizing MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
