Summary of Responsibilities:
The Senior Accounting Analyst shall be responsible for assisting the VP of Financial Reporting in the production of company financial information, researching accounting topics and documenting policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Prepare quarterly financial reporting schedules. Responsible for providing support to internal and external auditors, and other parties as deemed necessary. Assist in the design and implementation of improved procedures related to External Reporting. Assist in policy and procedure research and documentation.

Other Functions:
Special projects as requested Performs other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.

Degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or CPA candidate preferred Public Accounting experience preferred Minimum of two years accounting experience - Proficient in basic PC applications (Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Powerpoint) Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment Strong attention to detail, with ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality
