Ensures timely administrative support to recruiters, sales executives, and branch administrator.
Assembles and analyzes fairly complex information or data to complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Describes results in written reports. Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision. Oversees administrative procedures and processes for assigned area. May act as a administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources.
Handle all incoming front office calls and consultant concerns regarding payroll, benefits, and human resources. Solves complex problems and coordinates with Corporate Administrator to provide proactive solutions to consultants. Provides benefit explanations, payroll explanations, and human resources explanations in situations involving higher-level customer service concerns. When Requested, Meeting and Greeting Potential Candidates at Interview Locations.
Human Resources: Updates all new hire documents in accordance with State and Federal law.
Executive Assistant Duties:
Provides assistance to executive staff. Reviews proposals and projects for executive management. Schedules travel arrangements for executive management as requested. Serves as client contact. Serves as vendor contact. Serves as IT contact.
Order Stationary Supplies: Business Cards, Letterhead, etc.
Assists in the processing of benefits for consultants. Answers complex benefit questions. Provides analysis for benefit options to consultants upon request. Audits COBRA. Coordinates Open Enrollment.
Website and Intranet: Uploads information to website on a weekly basis. Communicates with website administrator to provide updates and troubleshooting. Uploads information to intranet as needed. Creates company newletter.
Administers the collection of timecards. Audits and when necessary administers the process of addressing concerns with timecards and paychecks with Branch Administrator. Communicates with Branch Administrator regarding various payroll issues. Research and Rectify inconsistencies when necessary. Present invoices to President for approval.
Assists in the creation of the Quarterly and Yearly PowerPoint Presentations. Assists in the facilitation of weekly reports, including recruiting, sales, and extension reports when necessary.
