Responsibilities: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Answer phones professionally; communicate, speak, and write in proper English. Screen phone calls, mail, visitors, etc. Answer routine questions, furnishing information or routing to appropriate individuals for resolution.

Create and maintain company materials and reports; including presentations, spreadsheets, charts and graphs. Assist clients with class registrations and scheduling. Maintain Executive's calendar. Coordinate events.

Maintain office supplies and equipment. Billing and collections. Accounts receivable. Inventory control.

Requirements: Associates Degree. 3+ years experience in an administrative role. Experience using QuickBooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle high pressure situations. Stable work history; no more than three jobs in the past five years. Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Social media and proofreading/editing skills a plus. For the right candidate we offer: Annual salary of up to $50,000 (depending on experience). Medical insurance (with contribution). Paid vacation, holiday and sick time.
