Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to extract and analyze data across the HR Systems. The Senior Analyst will have a strong understanding of HR business principles, practices, systems and procedures.

Experience and Education
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 7+ years of experience working in a similar business or IT analyst role with HR systems
  • Oracle HRIS technical experience with Manager and Employee Self Service deployment
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Access experience required
  • Commitment to HR principles of confidentiality and employee service required
  • System Implementation, Upgrade, and/or Administration experience

Technology Skills and Strengths

  • Visio and MS PowerPoint
  • Oracle HRIS (R12 preferred)
  • SQL and basic HTML a plus
  • SharePoint and Web site content administration a plus
  • Understanding of HR business principles, practices, systems and procedures
  • Effective time management and self-discipline to work independently on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Flexible and capable of adjusting to team and project demands mid-stream when and if change occurs
  • Ability to summarize analysis and present outcome to cross-functional audience in person or via conference call
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyze data across HR Systems Inventory and reconcile variations from our source HRIS system (Oracle R12)
  • Take lead analyst role on assigned system projects to define requirements, plan and execute testing, support change management, and transition to production support
  • Support operational administration, reporting, and break/fix of assigned HR systems
  • Conduct senior-level business process analysis, assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits comparisons in order to align information technology solutions with business delivery initiatives
  • Develop SOPs and process maps to accurately document processes
  • Serve as a liaison between HR, Workforce Planning & Analytics, and IT project team stakeholders
  • Coordinate with HR vendors with respect to system updates, upgrades, integrations, reporting, and business changes
  • Fully understand as-is HR business processes, technologies, and stakeholders to become a subject matter expert on assigned area of responsibilities
  • Work independently with ability to handle multiple, critical assignments concurrently if required
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all clients – be customer obsessed
  • Develop trusted advisory relationship with clients through effective, concise communications and quality and timeliness of execution
  • Produce accurate and timely status reports summarizing issues, risks, accomplishments and goals
  • Train and develop team members
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
