Sales Incentive Plan Administration – Partner with Sales, HR, Finance, Pricing/Planning & Sales Management Systems teams to assist in the quarterly/annual target setting process and audit targets to establish alignment with the Pricing/Planning groups across all TV & Digital properties; Ensure that the flow of revenue data from the several sales systems to the Incentive compensation administration system is accurate for proper quarterly incentive calculation; Lead administrator of the sales incentive plan system.
Senior Leadership Reporting – Prepare analysis and details summarizing the quarterly/annual sales incentive results for review by Senior Sales, Finance and HR executives.
Communication – Assist with the preparation of incentive compensation related communication materials; Provide explanation of the sales incentive compensation program to employees as needed.
Ad Hoc projects – Regularly provide analysis to assess the effectiveness and quality of the sales compensation incentive program; Researching incentive compensation issues & disputes, and provide analysis to facilitate resolution; Additional reporting when requested.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Minimum 1-3 Years of Experience in Finance of a business analytics related field.
