Job Responsibilities :
Manage (add, delete and modify) the employee database for employees based out of North America(NA) and Canada

Update the changes in the NA and Canada employee database to HRMS at InMobi

Maintain and report accurate records (physical data, if required) and provide expertise for employee questions

Provide support in on-boarding process

Provide support in recruitment activities, if required

Work on policies and programs under supervision

Understand and interpret policy and identify improvements for the department

Be exposed to both local and global HR projects (i.e. performance management, compensation, and benefits) on a regular basis

Manage the exit process for employees

Understand and share knowledge on visa process for NA and Canada

Manage international/internal relocation of employees coming in/going out of NA

Must be motivated, innovative and start up experience a plus

Ability and desire to take initiative and be willing to go the extra mile

Ability to work well with your team(s) (international, local, cross-departmental) while also being able to get what needs to be done on your own, within deadline and in a fast-paced environment

Ability to figure out an answer in the midst of chaos (i.e. troubleshooting)

Be extremely detail-oriented

Need to be flexible with working hours and skype calls with Head Office early / late hours

Knows how to work hard and have fun!

Desired Skills & Experience

Immigration exposure/experience a plus

Project Management and Organizational skills a plus

Administrative responsibilities include filing, file creation, etc

Knowledge of HR Labor Laws and payroll process/law

Desire to contribute to building an People Operations department region while coordinating with global offices

Payroll knowledge, HRIS systems, & Tri-net a plus

Great all-around communication skills (i.e. verbal, written, public speaking) and a second language is a plus

Projects as needed

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth company, digital or mobile advertising preferred
  • BA degree, preferably in Business, HR, Sociology Psychology or Communications and HR certification preferred
This position will report to the HR Operations Head / Manager in Bangalore, India.
