This position will provide support to potential clients and Sales Directors by assisting with analysis to be included in responses to pre-RFP requests, formal RFPs and Finalist presentations. Interpret and apply trends within the prescription drug industry to prospect data in an analytical and consultative way. Determine specific plan opportunities for prospects and present results of analysis to Sales Team. Essential functions include:
Plan design analysis and consultation.
Data mining and extraction for complex ad hoc reporting.
Build models and reporting tools to more efficiently manipulate raw or processed prospect data.
Problem resolution and research on prospect cost savings opportunities.
Mentoring teammates and QA for teammates
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in a business environment
Some Healthcare or PBM experience preferred
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Strong communication skills
Customer Service focused
Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel and SQL
Experience in data mining and reporting
Knowledge of employee benefits (namely Medical and Prescription) a plus
Project Management experience/skills a plus
Presentations experience a plus
Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
Ability to demonstrate Service, Innovation, Diversity, Empowerment, Integrity and Passion
Some travel required
