Senior Brand Manager – Enfagrow
Responsible for leading the Enfagrow brand in the United States. Enfagrow is a leading brand within the Children’s Nutrition category in the U.S. and globally.
Position responsibilities and expected competencies include:
Leading major marketing initiatives for the brand, including brand positioning, pricing strategy and development of marketing plan.
Leading the creative development process with external agencies for all consumer and medical marketing.
Delivering brand sales and profit targets for the year.
Developing a vision for the brand portfolio consistent with business goals and strategies.
Seeking out and championing key ideas that drive business results.
Recommending business opportunities at strategic and tactical level. Analyzing trends, threats, and opportunities in the marketplace and developing plans to address.
Exhibiting understanding of consumer segments and leveraging this knowledge to develop brand strategies.
Working with cross-functional partners to champion and facilitate annual business planning process.
Leading cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and goals.
Bachelor degree required. MBA strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of consumer goods marketing experience in a major organization (package goods/OTC/or related); including management of a significant consumer brand with P&L responsibility required.
Experience in brand / business planning, brand positioning, pricing strategy, and new product launches required.
Experience leading high performing cross-functional teams required.
Experience leading creative development and managing advertising agency required.
Experience coaching and developing others preferred.
Experience marketing to Hispanic consumers preferred.
