Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Senior Business Analyst - IT Performance Management located in San Ramon, California through June 23, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Position Details:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly metrics to evaluate third party performance
  • Communicate findings from the metrics analysis to internal stakeholders and third party
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the IT function on special projects and initiatives
  • Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and third party
  • Analyze supplier reports and suggest improvements to processes and tools
  • Prepare presentations to the IT leaders and actively seek their feedback
  • Create frameworks for new metrics, processes, and solutions

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or MIS
  • At least 5 years experience in an IT role
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data, synthesize results and draw logical conclusions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills and ability to present to an executive audience
  • Ability to manage or work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong understanding and experience with IT support models
  • Ability to influence, lead change and manage relationships across enterprise
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
