Our Client's will be the IT Liaison for Central Business Office. Candidate will function as the liaison between IT and end users in order to analyze business needs/perform tasks/communicate feedback to management and user leads.. Candidate should have:
Minimum 4 years experience with Siemens Invision Patient Management and Patient accounting is required (OAS knowledge a plus).
Bachelors degree obtained through a formal 4-year program required.
Business Office support experience required.
Advanced knowledge of Ad-hoc reporting tool required.
Proven problem solving, analytical, communication, customer service, leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at various levels of complexity.
Troubleshoot reported issues, find solutions to and present recommendations to IT and CBO management.
Analyze and revise existing system logic as needed.
Support team effort in automating business and technical processes.
