Senior CRM/Salesforce Delivery Manager-Dallas/Ft Worth/Austin/

The Senior CRM Delivery Manager will be responsible for Marketing Automation or Closed Loop Marketing a Plus. Vertical subject matter knowledge of Manufacturing or Healthcare helpful. Integration experience helpful.

Location : Austin, San Antonio, Houston or preferred location is Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas. Very flexible with opportunity for telecommuting with some onsite client facing.

Position Type : Full-time. Potential Contractor to Hire after 3 months

Position Responsibilities:
The Senior Delivery/Engagement Manager will lead, manage, and deliver Salesforce CRM related solutions to a portfolio of clients leveraging individual and team resources. Consulting activities include scoping exercises, conducting BPR workshops, designing solutions, assembling & executing a project plan, delivering education, management of expectations and customer satisfaction. Developer level skills not needed but will be available to contribute to a project plan as needed. Ability tothink outside the box. Be resourceful. Use whats available and make whats not. Minimum 2 years as a consultant or 3 years as an administrator. 3 to 6 years experience preferred. Must have solid project management experience with outstanding interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will ideally have a Certified Administrator or Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification . Experience can be substituted for the certifications but the candidate will be expected to pass an examination within 6 months of employment.
Compensation is based on performance of billable hours delivered and accepted by clients, customer satisfaction, and sales incentives. No cap on upside earnings compensation. Base salary. Medical/Dental Benefits.
