Analyze and participate in the development of collateral management database applying collateral management and OTC derivative
Analyze ISDA Master and English/NY Law Credit Support Annex documentation to mitigate counterparty/ credit risks
Develop test plans and conduct UAT; Work on the implementation of strategies and integrated solutions to address client needs
Utilize intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking to solve complex problems
Ensure efficient and complete structured data gathering, research and analysis using MS Suites (Excel/Visio)
Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing using Quality Center and perform data conversion activities
Monitor project management activities using MS Project
Present key issues and risks via MS Power point
Lead company training programs in project management, financial products, process optimization techniques (such as Six Sigma)
Participate in the development of new opportunities for company and conduct market/client research and analysis.
Must have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Management Information System plus 2 years experience in job offered
As alternative, Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years experience, inclusive of the 2 years experience in job offered
Require skills and knowledge in OTC derivative, ISDA Master, English/NY Law Credit Support Annex, Collateral Management, UAT.
