Together with the Regional Head, the SCA oversees the Acquisition Finance, Project Finance and Global Client Solutions (together “Corporate Finance”) businesses. The activities of Acquisition Finance encompass the structuring, execution and management of event-driven leveraged finance involving a financial sponsor. Project Finance specializes in non- or limited recourse financing solutions in renewable energy projects. Global Client Solutions arranges and participates in tailored solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions with complex financial objectives including specific financial, risk management or regulator goals.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in financial or target industries.
At least seven to ten years of credit/lending experience. Formal credit training at a major money center bank a plus.
