We are seeking a highly-skilled, detail-oriented Senior Database Analyst to add to our all-star team. Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Opportunities to move into firm leadership will exist for individuals that excel at the role. Las Vegas, Nevada based preferred but not required. Candidate is expected to perform the following specific job functions:

Specific Job Functions
Meet with clients remotely to understand and document existing business practices
Review and understand a variety of client-supplied data formats
Create numerous SQL queries and reports
Develop and work with Microsoft Excel pivot tables
Analyze and translate data into actionable recommendations that will improve current business practices, create a better understanding of customer behavior, and improve profitability
Recommend and implement improved segmentation and test design for Direct Marketing, Player Development, Promotions, and Loyalty programs
Execute monthly Direct Marketing segmentations as required by clients
Create and evaluate financial proformas and postformas for a variety of Direct Marketing campaigns, player events, and promotions
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data
Other duties as assigned


Previous casino experience a must (corporate and/or property level)
5-10 years experience using Microsoft Access and Excel
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Access, Excel, Word and Outlook)
Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases with the ability to read and write SQL
Ability to work independently from remote locations under challenging deadlines
Ability to work from home in a quiet, internet-enabled location essential
Must be willing and able to travel 5-10%; desire to travel more a plus, but not required
Willingness to speak in public forums a plus, but not required
Enthusiasm to assist with business development efforts a plus, but not required
Must be willing and able to apply and qualify for gaming licensing in all jurisdictions as required
Organized with attention to detail
Good listening skills with minimal ego
Previous consulting experience preferred
College degree preferred
