Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.Primary Responsibilities:

Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
Identify and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgmentInvestigate claim and/or customer service issues as identified and communicate resolution to customers
Analyzes and investigates.
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.
High school diploma/GED is required
2+ years prior client account management experience in a healthcare insurance setting required
2+ years of experience with group insurance benefits and claims research is required
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Word â€“ communicating effectively with customers through Word; Excel â€“ logging of information to a client; PowerPoint â€“ creating slide show presentations)
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time (overnight mostly)
Bilingual is preferred (any two languages)
Prior experience working with expatriates or in a setting serving clients internationally is strongly preferred
Understanding of UNET and United systems strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
