Senior Divisional Business Analyst/Planner Save Mart Supermarkets -

The purpose of this position is to provide operational and merchandising support in planning, reporting and specific project analysis that drives sales, profits, and strategic decisions. Responsibilities will also include analyzing, identifying and communicating sales, gross, pricing and profitability trends and issues impacting the business. The Senior Divisional Business Analyst/Planner will also create and train analytical tools to the appropriate users within the company.
Requirements : Knowledge of : Accounting theories and principles, financial budgeting, business planning preparation and review and a demonstrated ability to leverage information technology.
Education Requirement : Four-year degree (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training or additional job experience).
Skills and Abilities : Advanced Excel skills, intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills,, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Work Experience : Minimum of three years to include Accounting, Financial Budgeting and Merchandising Analysis experience.
