H2 Performance Consulting (H2PC), a high-growth, technology-enablement firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated, talented and engaging Senior Financial Analyst in the Charleston, SC area to manage a $16M budget including multi-million dollar contracts and activities adding funding to contracts, reconciliation and invoice reviews.
Duties and responsibilities of the Senior Financial Consultant include:
Ø Managing Civilian Labor funding and assist in the procurement process by managing all non-labor funding.
Ø Contribute to the forecasting and creation of accurate financial models as well as complete monthly financial and status reports.
Ø Create ad hoc financial reports for clients, detailing labor, travel and procurements, as well as burn rate and projections for the fiscal year.
Ø Analyze and reconcile other financial data, contracts and task orders as directed.
Ø Serve as Customer Service primary point of contact for several data center customers.
Ø Oversight work of other financial analyst and serve a quality control point for all local financials
Ø Perform Business Development and Marketing activities with set targets.
Ø Serve as a trusted financial and customer service advisor to government senior leadership.
Qualified candidates must possess a proven track record for the following:
Ø Candidates are REQUIRED to have an active security clearance.
Ø Candidates are REQUIRED to have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize completion of multiple projects under strict deadlines, both confidentially and professionally.
Ø Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate with senior level management and IT professionals.
Ø Financial analysis experience is a must , including ability to create forecast, burn reports, financial reports and cost estimates.
Ø Knowledge of DoD contracting and financial processes REQUIRED.
Ø A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related business focus.
Ø Master’s degree preferred.
Ø Minimum of (3) three years Project Management specific work experience .
Ø Minimum of (6) six years financial analysis or financial management experience
Ø Minimum of (2) two years supervisory experience
Ø Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
