Safeguard the Heart of Financial Health at NYP
At NewYork-Presbyterian, the Senior Financial Analyst has the opportunity to impact the fiscal plan that puts our hospital vision, "We Put Patients First," into action. Now, you can make it possible. Perform financial analyses focused on optimizing resource allocation/utilization, maximizing revenues, minimizing expenditures and maintaining/improving care quality throughout our hospital. Participate in the development of budgets and the implementation of cost containment programs and revenue enhancement initiatives. Help establish business plans for new programs and capital proposals. Develop reporting systems for monitoring and controlling expenditures and revenues. Analyze third-party reimbursement rates and regulations as they relate to operating and capital budget issues, and provide recommendations to help resolve these issues.
Senior Financial Analyst
To pursue this progressive opportunity, you must have three to five years of related experience, hospital experience is ideal. You must have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting/finance), and a master’s degree in an applicable field.
