Senior Functional Consultant
The ideal candidate would like to hone their requirements analysis, business process design, and consulting skills while seizing the opportunity to become an expert practitioner in the leading, next generation, SaaS, enterprise business services platform. As an Aggressor Workday Functional Consultant, you will bring your unique experiences, abilities, and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude, a collaborative culture, and a passion for helping our clients to be successful.
Perform fit/gap analysis to assess business needs against product functionality.
Suggest and design product configuration approaches.
Convert data from source systems into Workday.
Configure product to meet business requirements and design specifications.
Test, deliver and support configured product.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on operating a SaaS solution.
Document requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other artifacts to ensure shared understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
Help shape Aggressor’s future by getting involved in recruiting, team building, methodology improvement, and developing internal tools.
Ideally 5-8 years of consulting experience, with one or more ERP implementation projects; recent experience with at least one of the following functional areas: HCM/HRMS, Payroll, and/or Financials.
B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering or business discipline preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.
Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.
Outstanding Excel skills.
Thrive on simultaneously operating at multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, start-up environment with minimal supervision.
