In this Senior Data / EDI Engineer position you will be able to leverage your data and EDI expertise to take on intriguing challenges and help shape leading edge solutions in response to the changing healthcare environment. You will play a lead role in EDI efforts through all phases of the system development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, analysis, development modeling, implementation and more. You might work out of our Glen Allen facility, and we are also open to a remote arrangement. To be a good fit for the Senior Healthcare Data / EDI Engineer opportunity, you will have: *
  • Five to ten years of data and EDI systems experience, including: *
    • A strong understanding of the systems development life cycle. *
    • A demonstrated understanding of what is required to put together a system, from gathering requirements to implementation. *
    • Solid data / EDI experience in healthcare, ideally with claims, enrollment, and / or authorizations in a Medicaid environment. *
  • Business acumen and solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with coworkers and customers.
