The Sr HR Manager will report directly to the HR Director for Stores within the Region and manage the strategic development of succession planning to transform jcpenney into America’s Favorite Store.
¿ Establish a strategy and synchronization of talent planning having influence and counsel on talent acquisition and succession planning.
¿ Drive the delivery of intentional development for high potential/high performers effectively managing bench strength and future framework.
¿ Counsel and execute performance management goals assisting in improvement plans.
¿ Disseminate communication vehicles for HR programs and services to ensure associate awareness and promote engagement.
¿ Partner with internal clients to ensure compliance of Company policies and procedures while supporting the business operations and strategic goals.
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
¿ Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
¿ 6-8 years experience in HR, PHR/SPHR a plus.
