Provide JAVA JEE design and operational support to Xerox.com IDM (Identity Management)
environment, working very closely with both XCOM Project Managers and Xerox Interactive Marketing organization as follows:

Focal Point for technical design, enhancements and architecture for IDM environment within Xerox.com.

Planning and migration of current OpenSSO environment to ForgeRock based Open SSO environment (OpenDJ & OpenAM).
·

Support current Xerox.com registration functionality as the primary interface to the umbrella of applications within Xerox.com
·
•
Tier 2 Production Support to Application Server environment, including Network troubleshooting
·
•
Involved in strategy, and solution design for existing and future Xerox.com application interfaces to the IDM environment.

Overall source code merging and management accountability with development and production environments

Responsible for managing the iterations between HW / SW, middleware, and databases. Ensure monitoring, backups, performance, ADRP, and application integration meet system specifications.

Assist application owners in finding application problems and design issues.
·

Technical SME and final escalation point for critical operational problems before contacting software/hardware vendor.
·

Proactive problem identification and resolution management.
Applicant Qualifications

Working experience with Oracle OpenSSO, DSEE, LDAP environments.

Proficient in Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and stored procedures, Apache/Tomcat

Familiarization working with Oracle 10G, Tomcat or JBOSS

Proficient in the following languages JAVA, J2EE, JSP, Servlets

General Understanding of Eclipse / SVN source Code Repository and Tagging, Spring Mail

Preferred knowledge with experience interfacing to eCommerce Platforms, ForgeRock but not required

Minimum four year technical degree – preferably in the Information Systems field

Candidate Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
