The Senior Installation and Commissioning Manager (ICM) will develop site and Health Safety & Environment (HS&E) execution plans and policy applications for the project based on the as sold scope and project location. The position will support customer sites in North and Central America. This individual will also ensure the equipment is installed to the contract specifications and in accordance with Rolls-Royce quality processes and procedures as well as build a strong working relationship with the Customer's site representative.
Advised and support ICS activities in the assigned area/region and provide leadership and guidance to other Installation and Commissioning Managers in the region
Conduct process audits in accordance with Local Operating Procedures (LOP) in the assigned projects
Interface with Enterprise planning for the schedule integration of ICS activities in terms of resource loading and cost to complete
Direct site and HS&E execution plans for the project based on the as-sold scope and project locations.
Manage ICM training and customer satisfaction reporting for the region on ICS and interface within-region FSR resource management
Manage the R-R scope of work at the site i.e. scheduling CB field reps to the site, interfacing with the project team to resolve any problems that may arise, directing the work of R-R contractors on projects where we are providing expanded scope services
Manage subcontractor and 3rd party resource pool
Provide cost input and mobilize resources for proposals that are being submitted
Undertake the receipt, installation, commissioning and testing of Rolls-Royce equipment
Complete and submit field issues notices to ensure any technical or parts issues are recorded and monitor progress on resolution
Report and track cost for the site phase and identifying opportunities to bring added value items
Close out projects and obtain project acceptance/sign off from the customer
Delivering a complete and professional handover of the project to the in service team

Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's of Sciences Degree and 10+ years experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries or masters degree and 8+ years experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries
In lieu of bachelor's degree 15+ years experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries
5+ years experience in mechanical and electronics & instrumentation construction and commissioning
Ability to travel extensively internationally and domestically on extended field assignment
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Previous experience leading a team to deliver complex capital equipment commissioning projects
Proven track record managing subcontractors and customer relationship in the field
A good command of the English language for both written and oral communication
