Imagine One is seeking applicants to serve as Senior Logistics Analyst and subject matter expert for the MLP procurement program assisting the Project Manager with the data integration of Logistics Support Information (LSI) packages, shipboard equipment configuration structures, and technical documentation products. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Integrated Logistics Support with specific knowledge and experience of U.S. Navy shipboard equipment engineering and logistics. Responsibilities also include assisting the Project Manager with the following:
Plan, manage and execute logistics tasks necessary to fulfill the broad scope of project responsibilities.
Provides support and assistance to government customer with determination of milestones and tasking.
Develop relationships with the customer and established contractors to facilitate and foster team-wide coordination and cooperation in support of the MLP program.
Provide detailed acquisition life cycle sustainment management support for the MLP.
Ensure compliance with Navy customer standards and guidelines.
Interpret government directives and policies on integrated logistics acquisition process.
Participate in the data management procedures and processes for the MLP.
Provide support and assistance to the ILS Lead while going through the required milestones.
Adhere to cost-effective scheduling to complete projects ensuring proper utilization of resources.
Assist customer in solving logistics support issues as they arise
Make recommendations to drive efficiency, lower risks and reduce cost in logistic management.
As directed, visit primary customer sites to engage and coordinate with ILS staff, other Team managers.
Coordinate and support meetings and teleconferences when necessary.
If necessary, lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) to accomplish specific deliverables.
Occasional travel is required in support of the MLP program.
Provide experience and knowledge to ILS assessment planning, implementation, and reporting, as necessary.
Provide input to and/or develop reports and presentations for upper-management as required.
Provide guidance and support in development of the MLP equipment provisioning process.
Nine or more years of US Navy logistics engineering experience
Five or more years of leadership/supervisory experience included
Experience working with US Navy acquisition logistics methodology including all aspects of logistics disciplines, provisioning and engineering concepts and practices
Experience working with engineering, supply and configuration management processes with respect to logistics
Specialized experience with a minimum of eight (8) years of logistics/acquisition, experience with Department of Defense programs with a minimum of six (6) years of Logistics Analyst Experience in ACAT I/II programs.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members, clients and company management

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Prior military service helpful, particularly Navy
Strong analytical and problem solving skills for determining and providing logistics support
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge and skills
Ability to manage medium sized projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Willingness to travel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering or related field preferred
U.S. Citizenship required
Must have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance
