The Senior Manager will conduct financial analysis and provide project support on hotel financial operations for key constituencies including Regional VPs of Finance, Area VPs of Operations and property level staff. Proactively engage with Finance Operations team in monitoring progress of hotels in achieving the organization’s stated goals. Evaluate efficiency of hotel finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Plan, organize and direct corrective actions to be taken as a result of financial and operational analysis. Support the Financial Analysis and Business Support Group (FABS Group) in achieving high levels of performance and value creation activities through reflection of group characteristics and support of key activities.

What will I be doing?
Responsibilities include consolidated reporting for the hotel division; (1) financial and analytical review with an emphasis on monitoring strategic objectives and value creation; (2) consolidation of financial data from annual hotel plans (capital budget, operating budget and business plan); (3) consolidation and preparation of advance projections (monthly, rolling projection, etc.).

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
• Four (4) year Bachelor's degree
• Six (6) or more years in Financial Operations roles
• Two (2) or more years presenting key findings and key analysis to executive leadership
• Ability to travel as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access Database
• Four (4) or more years experience working in various financial systems
• Four (4) or more years experience analyzing and interpreting financial data including variance analysis, ratio analysis, margin analysis and key performance indicators
• Ability to provide specific examples of being innovative by creating new analysis, spreadsheets, or reporting tools in a previous work environment
