Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Leaders with HR matters associated with @140 employees
  • Strong emphasis on Employee Engagement indicatives
  • Recruitment function for new positions/backfills
  • Work with business leaders to identify, organize and facilitate/conduct training as needed for the employee base
  • Oversee & assist with Performance Management processes
  • Provide support with employee issues, questions
  • Assist with Benefit Administration/payroll inquiries
  • Facilitate employee’s involvement with various corporate initiatives including annual E-Sat Survey, Goal setting, etc..
  • Support Business with M&A/new engagement and pricing for Labor costs

Qualifications:

Experience:
  • 10-15 years of broad HR experience
  • Strong expertise in US Labor laws/practices especially California laws
  • Experience with Exempt/non-exempt work force
  • Strong knowledge of cost components for workforce & how to manage same
  • Knowledge of various benefit programs and basic payroll practices
Qualification:
  • Masters degree in HR preferred
  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR preferred
Technical Skills:
  • MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access
  • ERP (Oracle) is a plus
Soft Skills:
  • Communication skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Multi tasking
  • Strong ability to connect with diverse employee base and be a trusted line of support
