A Senior Manager of Client Services is responsible for project management of qualitative and quantitative custom market research engagements. This role will interact closely with a Director of Client Services on all aspects of the role. This position reports to Head of Consulting Services Management. This role can be located in New York, NY; Horsham, PA or Princeton, NJ.
Lead internal project kickoff meetings with internal teams such as Field, Business Insights and/or Advanced Methods. Additionally develop kickoff decks for clients.
Develop and maintains a detailed project plan which includes all timelines and tasks for the project. Ensure all areas of the project are on time and within budget. Provide continuous communication to client and internal teams on status of project daily.
Write screeners (demographic and therapeutic criteria) and questionnaires which the Director of Client Service will review.
Review final report written by internal teams such as Moderation or Business Insights with support from Director of Client Services to ensure all client questions are answered.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or Business or life science's area is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience at a market research supplier is required. Prior experience working in pharmaceutical market research is a plus.
Prior experience writing questionnaires to address client business issues is required.
Strong experience with MS Office products especially WORD and POWERPOINT
Other requirements include being able to demonstrate skill in building effective cross-functional relationships; time management; and organizational agility (ability to understand and navigate within an organization effectively).
Must be able to travel within U.S. up to 25% of time and internationally if required on an intermittent basis.
