This Sr. Network Consultant position will work across the multiple teams consulting with clients and other ATS consultants on high-level projects.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
• Support our internal environment as well as high-level projects dealing with various client network infrastructures
• Assisting with and leading assessment and conversion projects
• Helping architect solutions with our sales team
• Consulting on various aspects of LAN/WAN administration both on-site and remotely
• Developing network and systems documentation as needed
• Providing client user assistance and training as needed

General Requirements Candidates Must Have:
• Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013
M inimum of 5 years:
-Experience with installation/setting up Exchange and migrations to cloud based email platforms
- Experience administering multiple servers over multilocation environments
-Working for clients sized between 50-250 employees
-Exchange troubleshooting skills
• Strong hands-on and working knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, networking and Windows servers
-Must be able to design, configure and install lan/wan server/network infrastructures.
• Have the ability to design, impliment and troubleshoot Active Directory
• Excellent customer service practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employment and technical knowledge bases
• Prior experience either consulting or in a professional services environment
• Ability to work individually and in team environments both internally and with clients
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for moving computer equipment
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to travel amongst multiple client locations in the DC Metro Area daily
• Favorable results on a Standard Criminal Background Check for employment
• A personal smart phone that includes internet access and the ability to connect to the ATS mail server (there is a reimbursement plan based on business phone/data usage).

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
CCNA /MCITP or progress towards a certification is always a plus and preferred.
