NCI: As the Director, Operations – Program Management Office Fayetteville NC , you will have the opportunity to assist in growing NCI’s regional business. This position is also directly involved in managing office professionals and number of programs in the Southeast region. You will grow personally and professionally through daily activities and team interaction with other professionals. Highlights of Responsibilities
Direct and manage NCI’s Fayetteville PMO.
Support and oversee business processes to our regional customers.
Conduct operational business development to assist in growing business.
Provide direct oversight and execution responsibility for a number of regional contracts and task orders valued at over $400M, with $50M in annual revenue.
Provide daily assistance, guidance and oversight to Program Managers and Project teams, and ensures high client satisfaction.
Develop and manages a pipeline of viable opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
Initiates and leads capture efforts, and manages operational Business Development efforts. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, or related medical business field with 10 years experience.
8 or more years of operations experience in the federal sector.
Expertise in managing profit and loss with a proven track record of revenue growth.
10 or more years working with Army and DoD clients and be well known in the community including hands-on experience working in the customer space. Preferred Education and Experience
Masters in Business Administration or related Degree.
Prior military service or support of government customers.
Experience working with Special Operations customers is highly desirable.
