Provide top-level decision makers with timely and objective assessments that integrate the technical, operational, programmatic policy and business aspects of Marine Corps issues.


Provide technical, analytical, and managerial support required by USMC HQ Programs Assessment and Evaluation PA&E Division, Programs and Resources (P&R) Department. Support qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of the Deputy Commandant(P&R), Joint Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense(OSD), the Department of the Navy(DoN), and P&R senior leadership. This includes technical, analytical, and managerial support services including analysis and evaluation of plans, programs, and budgets in relation to published fiscal guidance, DoD and USMC strategic objectives, and published guidance and policies (national, OSD, joint, and USMC). Perform in support of PA&E's mission, including the secondary and tertiary implications, projected threats, joint contributions, estimated costs, and resource constraints in relation to Marine Corps programs, concepts, requirements, doctrine, alternatives, orders, and technical risk.


Masters degree in Business Administration or Military Science and 8+ years of experience in service level or higher staff planning and analysis is required. Experience in supporting implications of USMC programs in relations to Executive Branch, OSD, and Congressional guidance is also required. Previous experience providing strategy and policy advice and assisting and shaping future resource requirements. Knowledge of the operations and functions of leading Think Tanks, Congress, OSD Policy, OSD CAPE, and DoN is required. Must have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
