Lead a team that manages the daily analysis and review of financial transactions of current customers and identifying potential opportunities. Current team size is 3-5 employees.
Monitoring and making credit decisions in a complex and fast paced environment
Preparing detailed credit review write-ups for management review
Partner across our Payments Solution Division (PSD), Employee
Management Solutions Division (EMS), and Small Business Group (SBG) to drive transformational change in the Risk experience
Build a high performing team that is highly engaged, models our values and leads through our Leadership Success Profile principles
Analyzing client financial statements on an in-depth basis
Assisting with the organization of research and due diligence materials to present to senior management
Develop ongoing credit policies and procedures
Continues to build personal skill set by participating in in-house or outside industry related courses and seminars as deemed necessary to expand strategic, product, system and best practices knowledge
A key contributor that can work across multiple dimensions, frame for execution, identify opportunities and remove obstacles in driving our business outcomes. This role will help enable the risk team to meet and exceed its customer satisfaction and business performance goals
Other general responsibilities as requested and required
High-risk acquiring experience preferred
Five to ten years professional experience in merchant acquiring; emphasis on risk management
Excellent grasp of merchant acquiring risk management principles and practice
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or General Business
