As a Senior Product Manager/Director with OnLive for Enterprise, you will be responsible for building the business case and identifying opportunities for the business. Your responsibilities will include opportunity identification, competitive analysis, developing product concepts, gathering requirements, developing product roadmaps, writing specifications, and working with an experienced and energetic team to execute. You'll be responsible for the entire product process from ideation to specification to roll-out and marketing.

Understand OnLive’s strategic and competitive positions and work to define and deliver the best features to support these positions
Lead the effective release of all enterprise business unit product offerings
Gather, organize and prioritize a list of customer requirements and market opportunities and forge a consensus for an optimal product roadmap
Understand and provide competitive analysis and develop detailed understanding of the positioning and business value
Write specifications that define functionality in collaboration with engineering and marketing
Work with marketing to develop create compelling sales and marketing collateral
Manage communication between a variety of team members including engineers, designers, key executives, and others

Minimum of seven years’ experience as a product manager in the virtualization market
Should have a technical background in at least ONE of the following areas: IP networking, software engineering, remoting technologies (RDP, VNC, Citrix,etc)
Must have excellent writing skills
Must be able to collect and analyze data
Must have proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to grow skills and learn new technologies
