to the Sr. Director, Product Management, Women's, the Senior Product Manager, OP
Outlets & Clubs will be primarily responsible for the product group
marketed and sold to outlet stores and retail "club" chains (i.e.
Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale, etc.).
Activities range from product development associated with CKJ's product
line and established by the Design and Merchandising group to fulfill customer
and brand requirements. Also responsible
for design hand off through sales samples including sample, cost and approval
tracking. Responsible for the long range
planning process as it relates to outlet and club product development.

Manager will have the following primary reponsibilities:
results to office's agents on approvals or issues associated with development
of women's product.
development activities from Research and Development, sampling, costing, and
tracking against company calendar as well as program time and action calendars
to ensure timely completion.
ideas (seasonally) for Design and Merchandising consideration. Gather new ideas from external partners and
suppliers in timely fashion and within company calendar.
tracking reports for communication throughout Product Development team, as well
as Design and Merchandising regarding progress.
Design and Merchandising to ensure schedule adherence for lab dips, shadebands,
wash and fit approvals.
with Production team re timing and alignment to factory timelines.
Technical Design for on-time calendar results.
and communicate costing to teams through costing meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of six years of progressive experience
Minimum of three years in a management role
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organization and attention to detail skills
Competent computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office
Exhibit teamwork, collaboration, and sense of urgency
4 year degree
