Liquidity Risk Infrastructure (LRI) program
is a multi-year Application Development initiative to support the Firm's enhanced liquidity risk management processes addressing both the external and internal requirements. The program will include strategic data sourcing, data enrichment, analytical, monitoring and reporting capabilities. This position will be part of the Data Acquisition team which is specifically targeted at working with the LOB's and Treasury to capture in a controlled basis all line items of interest to the liquidity risk management function. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Senior Program Manager
, this individual will be responsible for contributing to the execution of the LRI's Data Acquisition Roadmap, and a number of other related activities.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, large-scale initiatives and technology projects involving a geographically dispersed staff and business community. This role requires one to work closely with internal clients to develop requirements, manage project plans and project administration, seek approval for business cases, and contribute to technical discussions in order to advance key strategic LRI programs.
Provide planning and execution oversight for strategic initiatives including issue tracking and resolution
Provide vertical and integrated status reporting for specific programs and projects
Collaborate with multiple LOB stakeholders, as well as internal LRI stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the data acquisition roadmap, and all other related LRI project activity
Contribute to the development, documentation, and governance of standards and best practices for program and project management, leveraging activity on specific initiatives to define templates and patterns for general application and reuse
15+ years experience in IT Program and Project Management required
Demonstrated ability successfully managing large, complex technology projects, including proven ability to drive all project tasks to efficient completion on time and on budget through each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle
Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Prior and/or current Application Architecture and Development experience with the ability to influence architectural decisions and provide value added feedback
Prior and/or current data warehouse functionality design, build, roll out, and ongoing support management experience
Experience with standard tools for the creation and management of project plans (e.g. Microsoft Project)
Experience with risk identification, management, and mitigation
Strong collaboration and consensus building skills; ability to ensure stakeholders are engaged in issues that may not be their top priority
Some technical background or understanding of one or more of client server, web and web services, database, data warehouse/business intelligence, or network and hardware infrastructure a plus
Project Management Certification is a plus
Computer Science graduate or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills
