We are currently hiring for the following opportunity Senior Project Manager A PM is responsible for the success of IT projects within IT Solution Areas (BSA’s, Service Areas, etc). PM’s approve and ensure the completion of new product development, design of new processes, and adoption of new strategies andor projects within time, budget and specification constraints. Serves as an expert in project management and manages all aspects of a moderately complex information technology project or multiple, medium-scale IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost.

Executes moderately, complex information technology projects from the original concept through the final implementation as well as ensures that the projects are aligned with Nationwide standards and IT strategies. Establishes and communicates goals and directs team activity. Job Duties Responsibilities Collaborate with key project resources (i.e. Troika, standing teams) Attend daily standup (if applicable) Manage Clarity work plan a.Maintain tasksresourcesallocationsETC b.Work with Iteration Managers, Resource Managers, and Program Managers on Clarity work plan maintenance Manage dependencies, risks, issues, changes, decisions, and action items per approved Control Plan Conduct weekly project status meeting (including all key project resources) Touch-base with key project leaders (i.e.

ITDE, BDE, Program Manager) to provide update on project status to ensure alignment Manage project schedule Manage project finances - review and monitor ETC, actual hours, allocations and rates compared to plan to ensure accurate representation of the work needed to complete the project (DRpM) Update project status report weekly Participate in planning and prioritization meetings (i.e. Iteration Planning Meeting, Program Portfolio Reviews, Release Meetings) Compare actuals to forecast and provide variance explanation Generate monthly cost plan Lead participate in stakeholder meetings (i.e. Steering committee, sponsor update, etc.) Methodology Adoption Workshop Conduct risk management meetings to identify and analyze risks Baseline Clarity work plan Conduct project stage gate reviews as required Security Engagement Questionnaire Implementation plan creation walk through Build to Run transition plans walk through PICR baselines and final assessments Update Budget Plan (after Stage Gates and approved changes) Review and understand the Business Case (and raise appropriate risks issues) Execute Project Closure Process (including lessons learned) Use of Clarity and Open workbench mandatory and experience with these tools is required. Knowledge of and recent relevant experience working with Web services required.
