Parsons is mobilizing for a national facilities program on a multi-year contract. Our scope of work consists of managing the design and construction of multiple facilities nationwide. We will be assessing existing facilities and making recommendations for inclusion in the budget. We will also be managing the real estate portfolio and providing control to the program. As part of our team, you will be helping the client manage and improve its national building portfolio in a cost effective manner.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage a group of project managers responsible for scopes of work that entail all phases of a building or facility life-cycle. The selected candidate will be engaged in overseeing design, construction, planning, real estate, and other related functions. Keys to your success will be your previous experience in supervising other managers responsible for capitol improvements on multiple, multi-use buildings, facilities, installations, or campus settings. We anticipate 40% domestic travel will be required. This position is based in Arlington, VA. Please note that relocation assistance is not available at this time, so local candidates are strongly preferred.
15+ years of related project management experience with supervisory responsibilities on capitol improvement projects for multi-use buildings, facilities, or campus assessment projects
Track record of overseeing others responsible for meeting multiple projects' compliance requirements, budgets, and schedules
BS in architecture, engineering or related degree
