1) Interact with customers, develop launch strategies and resolve technical issues
2) Act as an advocate for partnerships that are critical to the organization and marshal organizational resources to make those agreements successful
3) Interface with Finance, Product Development, Legal and other related functions
4) Manage critical internal and external relationships, including deeply collaborative relationships with colleagues at the senior-management level
5) Create broad-based project timelines and key milestones for assigned project and update it based on progress of projects
6) Create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets or other appropriate tools to manage project
7) Facilitate resolution of issues/concerns/problems with internal and external partners
8) Monitor the progress of projects and timelines on a continuous basis
9) Anticipate and manage project deviations and update the senior management on project progress

1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to people who have recent experience in project management
