The Senior Property Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and directing the day to day operations of and for maintains effective and harmonious resident relations at multiple properties. The purposes of this position are:
* to meet the financial objective of the ownership and management
* to protect the value and integrity of the real estate
* to be responsive to all applicable government agency standards and requirements
The Senior Property Manager position often requires that the Senior Property Manager acts in a dual capacity : as a property manager, with direct management responsibility of a property or properties and as supervisor of Property Managers.
The ideal candidate should be well experienced in property management (affordable housing programs/ section 42-tax credit, conventional/ market rate) and have at least 2 years of multi-site management/ supervisory experience. The Senior Property Manager will implement a ‘hands-on’ approach in managing and supervising the portfolio including:
* conducting financial reviews
* monitor program compliance
* manage maintenance systems/ operations
