We are seeking a senior recruiter who will bring full-cycle recruiting expertise, but we are also looking for someone to share in our vision, help craft the planning for his or her sector, and bring a blend of knowledge, intelligence, drive and integrity to the company.

Ideal candidates will:
Possess 10+ years demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ability to interact with high profile customers
Identify high performance candidates through networking and creative sourcing methods, using recruiting tools, social media, and personal/professional networks
Provide innovative recruiting methods in step with the rapidly changing market
Possess a bachelors degree from a four-year university
