Lead, manage and execute the scheduling of audit resources for the Milwaukee office
Work closely with Managers and Partners to ensure engagements are staffed appropriately
Gain an understanding of the skills and experiences of the associates along with their career goals and aspirations to ensure client assignments align accordingly
Proactively communicate with Managers and Partners regarding available associates, scheduling conflicts, possible resource sharing, etc.
Monitor chargeable hours, overtime, and travel to ensure work is fairly distribute
Ensure resource management system accuracy
Drive consistency by implementing newly improved resource management processes, teaming with personnel firm wide to ensure universal compliance to process
Coordinate with the Human Resources Team on the hiring, on-boarding, and utilization of campus talent, including intern programs
Financial Analysis and Budgeting
Generate and analyze resource management and financial reports to include realization, contribution margin, net rate per hour, chargeable hours, budget vs actual, WIP, and A/R
Team with the Managing Partner and Industry Team Leaders to develop, analyze and finalize the fiscal year budgets
Assist with client profitability analysis and client billing as needed
Milwaukee Alumni Program
Develop and utilize various communication strategies to connect and communicate with alumni such as LinkedIn, Facebook, social events, business presentations, etc.
Team with Partners, Human Resources, Marketing, etc to develop enhancements to the program
Event and Meeting Planning
Plan and manage various internal and external events (venue research and selection, invites, RSVPs, speakers, attendees, catering, audio visual, design, materials, etc.)
Ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
Provide project management regarding stewardship campaigns led by various Partners
Executive support to the Milwaukee Office Regional Managing Partner
Compose correspondence, maintain appointment calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, answer phone as needed.
Generate reports, create and edit presentations, compose communications, and take minutes, with some being of a confidential nature. Also assists with providing support for other areas of department as required.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field is required.
Five (5) plus years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Professional Services Industry preferred. Resource management/scheduling experience highly desired.
Track record of strong process improvement, project management and change management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, and project management skills along with highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, provide exceptional client service, conduct business in an ethical fashion, and maintain confidentiality when appropriate.
