Job Summary The Senior SAP HCM Consultant- Full-time will be responsible for the system configuration, development, and maintenance
across MassMutual's SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Solution. Expertise is required with some of the following:
SAP Org Management, Enterprise Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Personnel Management. The Senior SAP HCM Configurer will provide consulting services to the HR business area, cancapture specific business requirements, and translate requirements into functional specifications for SAP developers. Other necessary skills include test plan development, analytical thinking, desire to understand the details behind how HR processes work, and comfort level with presenting system development ideas tosenior management.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
� Lead the design and development of functional specifications for systems development projects, on-going systems maintenance, and future functionality. � Perform complex system configuration, testing, and defect resolution related to new and on-going projects. � Provide functional support to end users and project teams on matters related to business functions, system functionality, and the greater SAP HCM environment. � Develop a strong working relationship with both HR business staff and SAP developers.
Requirements:
� 6+ Years of in depth experience working with SAP HCM modules, in particular with ECC 6.0 product releases. � Experience implementing 1 or more SAP HCM modules. � Prior HR business experience and / or systems consulting. � Strong collaboration and consulting skills while working in a team based environment. Must be comfortable interacting with internal business partners, internal IT teams, and HR software / service vendors. Comfortable presenting ideas to HR Senior Management. � Excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. � Passion for system documentation.
