We seek Senior Sales Executives who will own, lead, and build the healthcare sector sales team. This executive will be given an entrepreneurial opportunity in a rapidly growing enterprise software company to define the healthcare go-to-market plan and execute on it. The executive will report directly to the Vice President of Worldwide Sales/Co-Founder.

  • Build the healthcare business, including personally selling the AtHoc products and services in line with your respective sales quote and target goals. Recruit and develop the healthcare vertical sales team
  • Identify and properly qualifying client prospects and business opportunities in the healthcare segment
  • Develop and executing strategic enterprise account planning with sales and professional services team members
  • Demonstrate proven sales process that delivers measurable value to healthcare customers
  • Exhibit fluency in the identification and delivery of value at each stage of the customer decision making process
  • Unquestioned integrity and a candid communicator

  • Know how to sell to both Nursing and IT organizations
  • Proven successful track record selling into the industrial sector
  • Experience selling to C-Suite and Head of Safety audience
  • Missionary sales as well as process-driven sales experience
  • Documented history of exceeding goals and outperforming industry peers
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high growth organizations
