Store Support Center-Corporate
Participate with teammates and matrixes professionals responsible for decision support, reporting, tool development, process redesign and training related to the franchising and store growth objectives of the combined Real Estate and Franchising departments. Own the development and processing of the Sales Forecast Model and other due diligence data products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Participate in and manage parts of departmental change initiatives, including (but not limited to) the creation of new technology tools and systems.
•Conduct statistical analyses of store base and franchisee attributes that explain performance.
•Cross-functional collaboration and support.
•Work with other departments to solve problems related to store growth, franchise growth, and new store performance.
•Provide other departments with data as necessary to collaborate in the growth mission, in particular mapping and other GIS deliverables.
•Support for Field teams and Field management.
•Assist the Field teams in their understanding and use of department processes and systems.
•Reporting and Communication. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics through standard reporting; continuously improving the usefulness of due diligence information displayed to the Field and Management. Create effective communication and recommendations from analytic findings.
•Assist Management in creating department presentations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5, Statistics, Development Intelligence.
Statistical and other multivariate analyses experience with SPSS.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong project management skills; time management and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to large and senior audiences
